We’re seeking part-time junior graphic designers for online display ads and small business website development. Applicants should possess:

• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Mid-level to strong experience with Dreamweaver, and working knowledge of CSS layouts and HTML coding.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar Content Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Flash and HTML5 a plus.
• Wordsmith / Copywriting capabilities also a plus, but not required.

Successful candidates will successfully interview a wide variety of SMB business owners/managers to ascertain their business strengths, weaknesses, competitive landscape, and promotional requirements to maximize their online web, display ad, and search engine presence.

This post-sales, phone position requires individuals who have:

• Very strong communication and verbal skills
• Good general business knowledge
• Computer competency

Advertising background, copy writing skills, and online marketing/SEM background are a strong plus.

Hours are flexible, from 8:30 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday, for full time positions.

• Must have a verifiable successful track record selling digital and/or place-based advertising.
• Must have experience calling on the advertising agencies for small business customers.
• Past experience selling digital marketing to buyers of radio and/internet suppliers and media agencies is a must.
• Past experience selling in the “daily deals” (Groupon, LivingSocial) market a bonus.
• Successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Education degree or higher in a related field.
• Up to 25% domestic travel Compensation commensurate with experience.
